Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.

Free Return Shipping

We provide a complimentary prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method once received and inspected.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Free from signs of damage, alteration, or misuse

Custom & Personalized Orders

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or engraved pieces
  • Custom gemstone or natural diamond selections
  • Bespoke jewelry orders

These items may qualify for exchange or store credit at KaratBloom's discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Incorrect Item

If you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
